The goal for this commercial build was to create a space in Bloomington, Indiana that would provide a working environment appealing to tech employees.

We immediately thought of San Francisco, but also wanted to create a building that fit the streetscape: a white one-storey building on one side, and a historic brick building on the other.

We went with a combination of limestone, painted and unpainted brick for the exterior. The result was a building that merged the old with the new, providing a nod to both the brickwork and white exterior on either side.

Inside we welcomed in the modern industrial style with custom iron stairways, exposed ductwork and collaborative workspaces. Tons of natural light and an open-plan working concept inside make this a stylish and comfortable working environment.
