Our homeowners aimed to convert their side door into a welcoming friend’s entrance while preserving its function as a laundry area. Windows were added to capture natural light while herringbone flooring and brass hardware accents elevated the aesthetic. The functionality of the space was enhanced with the addition of a powder room. Noteworthy features include a rolling ladder for accessing high storage, drawers with integrated outlets, and vibrant colors for a striking visual impact.
